At Canadienne Boutique (canadienneboutique.ca), your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you may return it in accordance with this policy.
1. Return window and conditions
- You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition.
- Final clearance items may be excluded, if indicated on the product page.
2. Return procedure
- Write to us at entreprenorqc@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm acceptance of the return and the return address by email.
- Pack the product carefully and ship it to the address provided.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of an error on our part (defective item or shipping error): in that case, we cover the return costs or reimburse the costs you incurred.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.
5. Defective items or shipping errors
If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at entreprenorqc@gmail.com: we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
