These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed on the Canadienne Boutique online store (canadienneboutique.ca). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding taxes. Applicable taxes — GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) in Quebec — are calculated and added to your order total before payment, based on your delivery address.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once your payment is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraud; you will then be fully refunded.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering and is made by credit card via Stripe or via PayPal, on secure payment platforms. Your banking details do not pass through our servers and are not stored by us.

4. Shipping and delivery

Our products are shipped from warehouses located in North America. Delivery times are indicative: 5 to 12 business days after shipment. Any delay beyond our control (carrier, customs, force majeure) cannot engage our liability.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, for any unused product in its original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full procedure.

6. Warranty and liability

Products are covered by applicable legal warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned; we cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

7. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
